The Arduino Uno is an 8-bit microcontroller board (Some may say the OG) based on the ATmega328 chip. It has 14 digital input/output pins (6 of these can also utilize the ADC onboard for PWM), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator, a USB Type-B connector, a DC Barrel jack for power, an ICSP header and a reset button on board! It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; all you’ll need to do to get started is simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a wall adapter and the barrel jack or with a battery and the Vin pins.

The Uno is easily the most popular Arduino Board, being featured in almost every microcontroller beginner kit with Arduino products in them. It's a perfect place for beginners to start their electronics journey or for those in the know to use it as a go-to microcontroller platform backed with years of community support and collaboration

The Arduino Uno can be programmed using the Arduino IDE which comes with a wealth of tutorials and is a great platform for beginners to learn and develop their coding and hardware skills

Package Contents
  • 1 x Arduino Uno R3
  • 1 x 40 Pin Male Header
  • 1 x USB A-B Cable
  • 9V Battery Clip with DC Barrel Jack
  • Arduino Uno Acrylic Case
Note
This variant of the Arduino Uno uses the CH340 USB communication chip. In some cases, you will need to install drivers on your computer to be able to communicate with the board. We've put together a tutorial on how to install the drivers on multiple operating systems which you can access at the link below:
